Store currency
MALVICE prices and order totals are presented in United States dollars (USD).
Taxes and shipping
Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes. Applicable taxes and any shipping charge will be shown in the checkout total before you authorize payment.
Accepted payment methods
MALVICE accepts only the payment methods displayed at checkout. A method is available for an order only when checkout presents it as an option.
Payment authorization
By submitting payment information, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. The payment provider determines whether a transaction is authorized, declined, or temporarily shown as pending.
An order can proceed only after checkout reports that payment was accepted. MALVICE may contact you if information is reasonably needed to review the payment or order.
Checkout total and discounts
Review the products, quantities, accepted discounts, shipping charge, applicable taxes, and final order total before completing payment. A discount applies only when checkout accepts it and displays it in the final total.
Declined or pending transactions
If a transaction is declined, verify the entered billing information or contact the payment provider. A pending authorization may be released according to the provider’s own processing schedule.
Duplicate, unfamiliar, or incorrect charges
For help locating a charge, contact support@malvice.com with your name, order number if available, transaction date, and amount. Never email a complete card number, security code, password, or banking login.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the store’s Return and Refund Policy. Contact support@malvice.com with your order number before sending any product or starting a payment dispute.
